Field Ascend is a multi-tenant field service management platform used by engineers and operations teams to manage jobs, equipment, customers, and compliance. What you can do: - Search and inspect jobs/work orders with full detail (work done, materials, labour times) - Look up equipment and assets with maintenance history across sites - Find customers, service locations, and their associated job history - Search compliance certificates (LOLER, PPM, safety inspections) - Query Planned Preventative Maintenance contracts - List field engineers assigned to jobs 12 read-only tools — all data is accessed via a secure read-only database replica.
